February 5: Letter from the Farm Credit Council to House and Senate Agriculture Committees regarding statements made by ABA
Comment letter submitted November 17 by The Farm Credit Council and agriculture groups raising concerns about the Waters of the U.S. rule proposed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intended to clarify their authority under the federal Clean Water Act.
